Garment Factory LA is a custom sublimation manufacturer built for team sports. We print, cut, and sew every jersey, short, and uniform in-house — from a coach's first sketch to a locker room full of gear.
How We Build It
Every design starts as a digital file and ends as a finished uniform, without ever leaving our floor. Artwork is prepped and RIP'd through Ergosoft, printed edge-to-edge on our dye-sublimation printers so color and graphics never crack, peel, or fade, then cut to pattern on our large-format laser cutter for precision no scissors can match. From there, our sewing team builds and finishes every piece by hand.
Because it's all under one roof, we can turn a coach's idea into a sample fast, and scale that same design to a full team order without losing quality.
